Our Location


We are located at the intersection of SW Boone’s Ferry and SW Tualatin Rd in the Tualatin Medical Plaza. We border the beautiful Tualatin Community Park and are just a stones throw from Tualatin Park N Ride, WES commuter bus & rail Transit Station. You can easily walk across the street to the shops or beautiful walking path around Tualatin Lake at the Commons City Center.
